You may also be a candidate if you have experienced significant weight loss that has impacted your facial contours. You could be a candidate if you are starting to notice sagging skin in the jowls or lost volume in the cheeks and mid face. Post procedure you should expect to take the first day off from work or your regular routine after the procedure. There will be some discomfort and swelling, easily controlled with mild pain relievers and the application of cold compresses. You will need to sleep on your back with your head elevated for the first five days to minimize swelling and to encourage healing. Strenuous exercise and activities such as contact sports must be avoided for the first week. Full aftercare instructions are provided, and following the instructions is an essential part of a successful recovery.
